I can notarize a wide variety of documents including loan packages, deeds, affidavits, power of attorney, medical forms, estate documents, financial paperwork, real estate documents, and more. If you’re unsure whether your document qualifies, just contact me. 

 No — I can notarize documents:

• in-person at agreed upon location  (mobile notary)
• online using secure RON platforms

Travel fees cover the time & mileage to reach you.
They are separate from notarization fees, per Texas law. 

Yes — as a Texas notary, I can notarize a document that will be used in any state, as long as the notarization occurs in Texas or online through RON. 

 Each signature that requires a seal counts as a separate notarization. 

 Example: If two people sign a form that requires notarization, it counts as two notarizations. 

 If witnesses are required:

• Client must provide them
• OR witness service may be available upon request (additional fee if applicable)

 I serve Rockwall, Dallas, Kaufman, Collin, and Hunt counties. For other areas, contact me to discuss distance and availability. 

 Yes — I offer extended hour availability and understand that urgent notarization needs may occur at any time. Availability varies, but I do my best to accommodate. 

 Because Texas law prohibits notaries from:

• interpreting legal documents
• advising a signer of legal consequences
• choosing document types

I am not an attorney and cannot provide legal opinions or document guidance

Pricing varies depending on document type, number of signatures, travel distance, and after-hours service. Contact me for a quote.
